For associates enrolled in the Inovalon medical plans, Allegiance offers a variety of online therapy platforms as an in-network benefit. Cost share will apply, similar to any in-office visit with a behavioral health provider.
- MDLive – have access to talk therapy and psychiatry from the privacy of your own home
- Brightside – provides anxiety and depression treatment online
- Talkspace – register for therapy or medication support
- Brightline – personalized behavioral support for kids and teenagers
BHS Work-Life Benefit and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
However big or small your issue may be, BHS provides you and your household members with free, confidential support to help with personal or professional problems that may interfere with work or family responsibilities – all at no cost to you.
- Work/Life Resources and Referral – Need help finding childcare or pet care? Have legal questions or need financial counseling services? BHS can help. BHS is a free resource and referral service.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – You and your household members have access to five free emotional health counseling sessions per year per topic.
