It is always a good idea to review your benefit choices each year. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to change your benefit elections, update dependents, and ensure your beneficiaries are up to date.

Use the following resources to learn more, and ensure you are selecting the right benefit options for you and your family in 2025:

Act during Open Enrollment

Most of your current benefits will automatically roll over to 2025. You must take action and enroll if you want to:

  • NEW IN 2025 Enroll a spouse or domestic partner on the medical plan. Refer to the Working Spouse Surcharge FAQs for additional details; and/or
  • Contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (Dependent Care and Health Care FSA) in 2025; and/or
  • Contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) beginning with your first paycheck in 2025

If you are enrolling a spouse or domestic partner on the medical plan and your spouse or domestic partner does not have other coverage available, you must complete an attestation form in the Open Enrollment portal or be financially responsible for the surcharge.

Make your 2025 benefit elections

You can enroll directly from your smart phone or computer either by making your elections online or by calling the Inovalon’s Employee Benefits Center at 1-888-896-8031.

To enroll online:

  • Click here to Log In
  • Enter your Username. Your username is your work email address.
  • Enter your Password. Your temporary password is the first initial of your first name + 2-digit birth month + first five digits of SSN. You will be prompted to change your password.
  • Please note, all passwords have been reset for Open Enrollment.
    • If you need assistance logging in, call the Inovalon Benefits Center at 1-888-896-8031.
  • Begin your enrollment. Easy-to-follow instructions will lead you through all the steps required to confirm your contact information and choose your benefit elections.
  • Download and Save your Benefits Confirmation Statement for your records.

Required Notices

Inovalon complies with several laws regarding benefit offerings. You can now view these notices online. These include the:

  • Certificate of Creditable Coverage for Medicare Part D
  • HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Procedures
  • Notice of Special Enrollment Rights
  • Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Notice
  • Premium Assistance under Medicare and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • Marketplace Health Insurance Notice
